We collect information you provide directly when registering for or using the platform: name, email address, company name and professional role. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) via server logs and analytics. We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are processed by Stripe.

We use your data to provide and improve the Stipuloπ platform, communicate with you about your account, send product updates and relevant information (with your consent), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure and Neon PostgreSQL) located in the European Union or United Kingdom. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. On account closure, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
